Crust:
1 stick butter
2 T. sugar
1 c. flour
First Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 8 oz. container of cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2nd Layer:
1 large box of pistachio pudding
3 c. milk
Topping:
2 T. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 8 oz. container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and press firmly into 13x9 pan. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown in preheated oven at 350º. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1/2 container of cool whip. Spread over cool crust.
Mix pudding and milk. Beat until thickened. When set spread on cream cheese mixture.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar to cool whip. Mix well and spread on top of all. Refrigerate.
