3 tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 c.white wine vinegar
1 tbsp.sugar
1 1/2 tsp.dried oregano
1 16 oz. can kidney beans,drained & rinsed;
1 16 oz. can garbanzo beans(chick peas) drained.
1 16 oz. can black-eyed peas,drained & rinsed.
1 red onion
1 c green pepper, chopped
1 c red pepper, chopped
1/2 c pimento stuffed olives sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the first four ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Add all the remaining ingreds. and toss to blend. Cover & chill 3 hours or up to 1 day in refrigerator. Calories: 220 and Protein--8 grams per serving
