2 lbs. halibut
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp butter
1 4 oz. can mushrooms,drained
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place halibut in buttered shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425º F. for 10 mins. Melt butter in saucepan and saute mushrooms until golden brown. Remove from heat & add sour cream & wine. Pour sauce over halibut. Sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake 375º for 10 Mins.
