2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
17 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
Frosting:
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cream or milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa. Cream butter with sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla to cocoa mixture and mix thoroughly. Then add flour and mix well. Add nuts. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
Spread jar of marshmallow cream over hot cake.
Let cool in pan and top with chocolate frosting.
