1 pint cleaned Clams
1 c cracker crumbs
1 tblsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put a layer of ground clams in a buttered casserole. Cover with a layer of cracker crumbs. Add a little salt and pepper and dot with butter. Make several such layers. Bake at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hrs. I added 2 beaten eggs, a little milk and minced onions to above ingredients.
