8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tbls. grated onion
1 lb. loaf of white bread, crusts trimmed
22 oz. jar baby dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion juice and grated onion.
2. Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin. Spread the mixture on white bread slices.
3. Roll 1 baby dill pickle in each slice of bread.
4. Place in a medium glass baking dish with the seam side down.
5. Cover and chill 8 hrs. or overnight.
6. Slice each bread roll into 1" slices

To keep the shape during refrigeration, I roll them up in waxed paper and secure the ends.
