3 eggs
32 oz. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger

Topping:
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly beat eggs. Add the rest of the filling ingredients, and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over filling. Drizzle butter evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
