Meatballs:

2 lbs ground round and1 lb Bob Evans sausage
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Sauce:

12 oz can of tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce (or if your lucky-1 qt of Norma's canned tomatoes)
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup onion-chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper-chopped fine
1 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs onion salt
2 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 Tbs basil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Meatballs:

Mix all ingredients with hands and mold into golf ball size. Place on cookie sheet 1/8 inch apart and bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Sauce:

Add all sauces into a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the rest of your ingredients, mix well and once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about an hour. Add cooked meatballs and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Serve over cooked pasta.
