6 medium sized russet potatoes
1 tsp salt
Water-enough to cover potatoes
1/3 stick of butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (depending on how wet and fluffy you want them!)

Directions:
Rinse and peel potatoes. Chop into 2 inch squares and add to saucepan. Add water just enough to cover potatoes. Add salt and boil until tender. When cooked, drain potato water into a separate bowl and save for your gravy. Add butter to potatoes and beat with electric mixer while slowly adding your milk. Whip until smooth....whip, whip, whip!
