2 pounds cleaned and stemmed mushrooms
1 cube soft butter
4 large cloves minced garlic
1 cup grated Jack Cheese
½ cup dry red wine
4 tsp soy sauce
1 1/3 cups fine crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425

Mix well all ingredients but cracker crumbs. Add crumbs. Fill mushrooms. Bake in hot oven, until they sizzle and are golden, about 5 minutes

Add some cooked ground sausage to the mix if you want, or small cooked bay shrimp.
