Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1-2 c. chocolate chips




Cream Cheese Filling:
2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:

CC Cookie Dough:
Mix butter, brown sugar, sugar and egg.
Stir in dry ingredients. Shape dough into ball.
Cut dough in half; reserve half for topping. (I use 2/3 on bottom layer)
Press half into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

Cream cheese filling:
Blend all four ingredients well. Spread over top of cookie dough in 13 x 9 pan. Crumble remaining half of cookie dough evenly over cream cheese layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
