The topping is basically a good quality jam, I make a sheet pan ½ raspberry ½ apricot.

4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar, plus more for topping
2 cups melted butter

1 cup raspberry or apricot or both jam
6 oz cream cheese ROOM TEMP,
1/8 cup milk
8 oz melted white chocolate

Topping
9 oz melted bittersweet dark chocolate
6 TBL melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and press into a half sheet pan, bake 350 until golden. Cool.

Spread jam over crust. If using 2 jams spread ½ on each side, careful at the center seam.

Mix cream cheese and milk until very smooth add the melted white chocolate and whisk until smooth. Carefully spread over jam with frosting knife and chill at least one hour.

Mix dark chocolate and butter together and spread over white chocolate layer, Chill.

Make a syrup out of powdered sugar and milk and drizzle it off a spoon in a crisscross pattern over the dark chocolate, chill, cut and serve.
