Ingredients:	Ingredients: Center: 1/2 bar (2oz) Bittersweet chocolate bar 1/4 c heavy cream Cake: 1 bar (4oz) Bittersweet chocolate bar 8 Tbls unsalted butter 2 whole eggs 2 egg yolks 13 c sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 14 c cake flour

Directions:	Directions: Make centers: melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. whisk gently, blend. Refriferate 2 hours. Form into balls. keep refrigerated until needed. Cake: Preheat oven to 400º. Spray ramekins with cooking spray. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.Whisk gently to blend. Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar and vanilla on high speed in electric mixer until thick and light. Fold melted chocolate and flour into egg mixture.Spoon batter into remekins. Place a chocolate ball in the center of each one. Bake about 15 min. Let sit 5 min. Loosen edges with a knife. Invert onto serving plates.
