4 lg. Shiitake mushroom caps
1 l6-oz. pkg. hot pork breakfast sausage
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 slices of bread, toasted and crumbled
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper

In medium skillet, brown sausage. Drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer about five minutes. Fill mushroom caps and bake in preheated 400º oven until hot, about 10-15 minutes.
