4 cups apples (peel & coursely)
2 cups sugar
Add:
1/2 cup oil
2 well beaten eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
Sift together and add to above:
2 cups flour
2 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt

Bake in ungreased pan (9x12)
Oven: 350º
Time: 40-60 min. (approx. 50 min.)
