Baby Back Ribs
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic Granules

BBQ Sauce:
2 cans crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
approx. 1/2 C molasses
4 heaping T brown sugar
1/3 C balsamic vinegar
2 heaping T Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. garlic granules
1/4 C orange or pineapple juice
low sodium soy sauce (add to taste)

Buy Baby Back Ribs - cut off excess fat
Mix together rub of: Sea Salt, pepper, garlic granules. Rub on ribs and set aside.

To make the BBQ sauce, combine all ingredients in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Stir to mix all the flavors. Taste sauce & add ingredients to taste.

Start ribs over BBQ and cook about 1/2 way. Then brush BBQ sauce on ribs 1 side at a time (so they don't burn) and complete cooking until done.
