1 qt. small onions
3 qts. cucumbers
1 large cauliflower
4 green bell peppers
6 T. dry mustard
1 T. tumeric
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the onions, cucumbers, cauliflower and peppers into pieces and sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. Wash with cold water the next day before cooking. Mix the mustard, tumeric and sugar into the vinegar and water. Thicken with flour and make into a paste with a small amount of water. Bring this to a boil. Drop pickles in and let simmer until tender. Put pickles in bottles and seal while hot.
