1 lb. medium cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
mayonnaise
1 8-oz. jar strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cheese to soften, then mix together with onion, pecans and enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together (add one tsp. at a time). Shape into a ring on a tray or mold. Chill. Top with preserves before serving.
