4 ripe Haas avocados
1 med. tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
8 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocados in half, remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in large bowl. Immediately add lemon juice, hot sauce and spices. Using a sharp knife, slice through avocados in the bowl until finely diced. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic. Mix well.

To store: Press plastic wrap directly on surface of guacamole so air will not turn it brown.
