4 large green peppers

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 C. onion
Cook & Drain

1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes - undrained
2/3 C long grain rice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano or basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C American cheese
1 C water

Directions:
Clean peppers. Put in boiling water 3 minutes. Salt insides.

In a pan, combine the cooked and drained ground beef and onion with the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese. Boil mixture - reduce heat & simmer 15-18 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in 1/2 C cheese. Fill peppers. Put in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
