2 pkg. Active Dry Yeast
4 T. Water, lukewarm
4 T. Sugar
2 c. Water, hot
4 T. Butter
4 T. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
8 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix yeast, 4 T. lukewarm water and 4 T. sugar. In large bowl, mix 2 c. hot water, 4 T. butter, 4 T. sugar and 2 tsp. salt; let cool. Add yeast, eggs, 4 c. flour and beat hard. Mix in 4 more cups flour and knead for 10 minutes. Place in large greased bowl. Let rise until double or about 1 1/2 hour. Punch down, divide into 3 parts, shape into loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise about 1 hour, or until double. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter.
