1 lb. fresh spinach, washed, drained, chilled
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the spinach, bacon and eggs in large bowl. Combine and mix oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, onion and dry mustard in blender till thick and sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad and toss. Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
