1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
2 T. Water
2nd Part:
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Water
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1st Part: Cut butter into flour; add water. Mix with a fork; work into a ball. Divide into 2 parts. Pat each out on cookie sheet to 12 x 3-inch strips.
2nd Part: Boil water and butter; add almond extract; remove from heat. Add flour, stir until smooth, then add 1 egg at a time; beat. Divide and spread on each strip. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350º. Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Sprinkle with ground nuts.

These puffs will be puffy when taken out of oven, but will fall as they cool. However, they taste really good!
