1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
1 Egg
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped
2 c. Apples, chopped raw
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine in mixer bowl. Add egg, flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, chopped apple and vanilla. Blend all together and fold in walnuts. Place in round or square 8-inch pan. Bake 350º for 40 minutes or until well set.
Make thin powdered sugar icing and drizzle over coffeecake.
