1 8 qt. box Powdered Milk
1 lb. box Nestle's Quick
1 6 oz. jar Coffee Mate
1/2 c. (heaping) Powdered Sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all above ingredients and mix well. Use 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup of hot water for one cup of hot chocolate. Store in air tight container.

When our children were small, I kept this on hand all winter so they could enjoy a cup of hot chocolate when they came in from the cold weather.
