2 cups crab or diced cooked chicken breast
1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
1/3 cup small chopped green bell pepper (optional)
¼ cup fine chopped onions
1 tsp salt
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp lime juice
5 large trimmed and cooked artichoke

Directions:
Directions:
Make salad mixing all ingredients but the artichoke.
Remove small center leaves from the artichoke and carefully remove the choke with a rounded teaspoon . Do not break the heart.
Fill with chicken salad and put in baking dish with about ¼ inch water. Cover and heat through in 375 oven about 35 minutes. Until hot and cheese has melted.
