Juice of 10 lemons
Zest of 10 lemons
1 ¼ cups butter
3 1/8 cup sugar
10 eggs well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in stainless steal pan add lemon juice and zest. Add sugar and stir on med heat until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in eggs, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
