2 packages Pillsbury pie crust
2 C cubed ham (prosciutto)
8 oz ricotta
8 oz mozzarella (fresh)
1/2 lb basket cheese
1/2 grated cheese
9 eggs (mix with ricotta)
Pepper to taste
Small stick soprasat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into unbaked crust. Cover with top layer of crust.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes then 250 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2, 9 inch pies
