1 large loaf unsliced French bread, cut at an angel 1 ½ inch thick
1 ½ egg for each slice
1 TBL Orange Juice each slice
2 TBL Milk each slice
Vanilla to taste

Melted butter
Real Maple syrup
Lemon Curd Sauce, see sauces.

Mix first 4 ingredients well, soak bread for about 30 seconds. Put on Med High heat grill that has been wiped with oil. Cook until brown, turn over lower heat to Med. About 3 minutes a side. Serve with pat of butter and a spoonful of Lemon Curd sauce, pour warm Maple Syrup on lemon curd sauce, Lemon Curd recipe in sauces.

ROSEMARY BACON TWISTS On a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Lay out 12 pieces of bacon right next to each other, touching OK. Hold finger of one hand on top of a slice and twist into a spiral with the other hand. Sprinkle with fresh chopped Rosemary, Bake 350 about 30 minutes or until crisp, watching carefully near the end as the crisp fast. Drain on paper towels.
