Spicy, but not very hot

1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 ½ cups sour cream
¼ cup lime juice
6 finely chopped green onions
3 minced canned jalapeno chilies, to taste
2 tsp cayenne pepper
6 TBL honey (3 0z)
1 ½ TBL sesame oil

Directions:

In a processor blend the jalapenos and green onions. Put in mixing bowl and stir in all other ingredients with a wisk or slow mixer.
