1 7 OZ. Gouda Cheese Round
2 Med. Ripe Roma Tomatoes
2 Tbl sliced Fresh Basil

1 Baguette sliced, brushed with a little olive oil and toasted in the oven.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and carefully scoop out the inside of cheese leaving a ¼ inch shell/bowl.

Put the scooped out cheese, tomatoes and basil in a microwave safe glass bowl and heat in the microwave at ½ power for 1 minute. Stir and repeat until cheese is melted. Or heat on low on the stove.

Pour melted cheese back into cheese shell, plate and serve immediately with baguette toasts.

Do ahead, cover and refrigerate until time to melt the cheese

Store toast in plastic bag or other air tight container.
