Ingredients:  
• 1-2 tbl. Olive oil
• 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
• 1 or 2 medium sized red bell peppers, cut into strips
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté cauliflower over medium- high heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Add garlic and peppers. Sauté for another 5-8 minutes at fairly high heat until tender. Salt to taste.
