• ½ lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
• ½ lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
• 5 eggs
• 1/3c. flour
• 1 2/3c. half and half ( or milk)
• 4oz. diced green chilies, drained
• 1/4c. picante sauce or salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cheese in buttered 10” pie plate. Beat eggs, add milk and flour slowly. Pour over cheeses. Spoon on chilies and salsa. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set
