½ Cup finely chopped bell pepper
¼ Cup finely chopped onion
½ Cup finely chopped favorite cooked meat
(ham, sausage, bacon)
¼ Cup finely chopped mushrooms
¾ Cup cheddar cheese
6 Large eggs
1 Can evaporated milk
2 Deep pie shells

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix all ingredients except eggs and milk and put into

Scramble the eggs and milk and pour equal amounts into

another 30 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
