Preheat oven to 350
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
2 large eggs
1 egg white
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. almond meal (or ground walnuts)
1 heaping T. ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. white chocolate bark, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. dried cranberries
1 T. orange zest
For frosting:
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. confectioner's sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 T. lemon zest
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. dried cranberries chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil and eggs together until fluffy
Add to dry ingredients and stir well
Fold in chocolate, cranberries and zest
Pour batter in greased 9"/13" baking dish and bake until firm (about 25 minutes)
For frosting:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla until smooth
Spread over cooled cake and garnish with cranberries
Cut into bars

Flour may be substituted for almond meal.
This recipe mimics Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars and are wonderful for holiday entertaining, or any time!
