Crust:
1/2 c.powdered sugar
3/4 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 c.flour

Mix together - pat in pan. Bake at 300 for 10-15 min. no longer. Cool.

1st layer:
1-8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy. When crust has cooled, spread mixture over top

2nd layer:
Arrange any amount of any combination of fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture. Use fruit like strawberries, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, and oranges.

Glaze:
2-1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat to a boil, cook until slightly thickened. Cool and pour over pizza.
