2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 box chopped dates
1 can eagle brand milk
1 cup chopped pecans
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread crackers on cookie sheet. Cook dates and eagle brand milk in double boiler over medium heat
until thick ( won't drop off spoon). Add pecans. Spread on crackers. Bake 350º for minutes. Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread on crackers.
