1 lb ground beef or veal
½ lb ground lean pork
3 slices soft bread, torn in pieces
1 c milk
1 egg, beaten
1 T Worcestershire sauce
¼ c minced onion
1¼ t salt
¼ t each: pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic salt
 

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place meat mixture in shallow baking pan, shape into a loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 ¼ hr or until done. Serve hot or cold.
