Directions:
To make filling, combine all filling ingredients. Thin with small amount of milk if necessary.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and yeast. Add flour, mix well, turn out on a well-floured board and knead. This will require a fair amount of flour as this is a soft dough. After kneading, divide into four portions. Roll each piece like a piece of pie dough. Spread with filling. Roll up, place on greased sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Raise 1 hour, bake at 350° for 30 min.
