1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 eggs
butter for frying
Jelly or whatever desired, for filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in mixer. Add 1/2 of milk and mix slowly. Add flour, sugar salt, and remainder of milk, mix until smooth. Fry in a small frying pan using about 1/2 Tbsp. butter for each pancake. To make batter spread more easily use more milk; pancakes should be thin. Spead a thin layer of jelly on top and the roll the pancake, to make a tube.
