1 3 ounce package Jell-O, any flavor (I use strawberry-banana)
1 cup boiling water
1 12 ounce can light fruit cocktail
4 ounces Neufchatel cheese
Miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in electric mixer to soften. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and blend into cheese. Stir in fruit cocktail and juice. Cover lightly with miniature marshmallows and chill until firm.

This was originally Dorothy Kearney's salad. It got its new name because it shows up all the time--just like the winners of minor letters on Ted's cross country team.
