5 c. broccoli florets
5c. cauliflowerets
2c, (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cider vinegar
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbles
1/4 c. sunflower kernels

In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion, and raisins. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower kernels.
