6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2t salt (optional)
2T canola oil
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8oz) package reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 c white wine
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 (8oz) package fresh sliced mushrooms

-Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken 2-3 minutes/side until browned.
-Transfer chicken to crock pot
-Combine soup, cream cheese, wine, and dressing mix and cook over low-med heat in skillet until cheese has melted..
-Pour fresh mushrooms over chicken breasts
-Pour soup mixture over mushrooms
-Cover and cook on LOW for 4hrs

-Serve over cooked rice
