Ready to bake Nestle's Cookie Mix(in dairy case)-enough to have a top and bottom for each sandwich
Favorite flavor of ice cream

Directions:
Bake cookies according to package directions. Let cool. Soften ice cream so that you can spread about 1/2-3/4 inch on one cookie. Place another cookie on top. Return to freezer until ready to eat.
