1 cup boiling water
2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs beaten
2 packages dry yeast
1 cup warm water
6 cups unsifted flour

Pour boiling water over margarine, sugar, and salt. Blend and cool. Add beaten eggs.
Sprinkle yeast into warm water: stir until dissolved and add to mixture.
Add flour a little at a time.
Blend well.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
This should be in a large bowl as it rises in the refrigerator.

About 3 hours before using, roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter, brush tops with melted butter and fold over into a pocketbook shape. Place on a greased pan and allow to rise at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
