1 quart oysters – drain and wash (standard – small)
stick of butter
Sunshine Saltine crackers
Half & Half
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Melt stick of butter in bottom of 9x13 Pyrex dish.
Pour oysters into melted butter.
Crumble one row of Sunshine Saltine crackers on top of oysters.
Pour ½ -1 cup Half-and-Half over this.
Cover with Pepper.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
