1 lb. Ground beef (lean ground round, low fat)
1 slice bread
1 egg – beaten
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper
Strip of Bacon – optional

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread in bottom of mixing bowl and pour egg and milk over it – mash bread up with spoon.
Add meat and other ingredients and mix.
Add strip of bacon on top.

Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
