4 eggs
3 teaspoons lemon extract
1 stick margarine – melted in microwave
1 box yellow cake mix – Duncan Hines with pudding
8 oz. cream cheese – room temperature
1 box 10xxx sugar (confectionery)
Directions:

Bottom layer:
Mix together-
1 egg
2 tsp lemon extract
1 stick margarine – melted in microwave
1 box yellow cake mix – Duncan Hines with pudding

Spray 9x13 Pyrex with Pam
Pack this mixture into Pyrex dish

Top layer:
1 – 8 oz. cream cheese – room temperature
3 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 box 10xxx sugar (confectionery)

Cream together eggs and cream cheese then add lemon and sugar.
Pour this on top.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
