3 cans Refried beans
3 Avocados – very ripe / sliced (optional)
2 bunches Spring Onions – finely chopped
1 can sliced ripe olives (optional)
2 lg. jars Picante Sauce
3 tomatoes – chopped
2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese – grated
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese – grated
16 oz. Light Sour cream

Directions:

Use 9x13 Pyrex or festive tray

Begin by spreading refried beans in bottom of Pyrex; next add both jars of picante sauce, chopped onions, and tomatoes. Next add avocado (or pre-made guacamole) then olives. Spread sour cream over this and top with cheeses (mix cheeses together).

Serve with Fritos or Tostitos.

Does not freeze well.
