Flank Steak –buy size you need based on number serving.

Marinate in Italian dressing, salt and pepper, Worchester sauce, soy sauce.
Let stand at room temp. for several hours (if possible).

Directions:

Broil-
10 minutes on first side and 10-15 minutes on other (depending on size)
Use a pan not Pyrex. Move rack up one from middle. Heat oven first.

Grill-
Easy, doesn’t take long.
10 minutes one side, flip and 5 to 10 minutes on the other.

Slice thin against grain.
